ExamFiles helps users find examination resources and learner tools. The catalogue is assembled from third-party publishers and public sources. We may correct, replace, hide or remove a record when its metadata, availability, safety or rights status is uncertain.
No affiliation or guarantee
Unless expressly stated, ExamFiles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of DBE, IEB, a provincial education department, school or university. We work to verify files and metadata, but cannot guarantee that every file is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular curriculum decision.
Educational use
Use papers and supporting material lawfully for learning, teaching and revision. Copyright and other rights remain with the relevant publishers or rights holders. Do not use ExamFiles to redistribute material unlawfully, bypass access controls, overload the service or interfere with its security.
Admission and timetable tools
APS estimates and exam timetable displays are informational. Always confirm admission rules with the university and writing dates with the official examination authority. ExamFiles is not responsible for decisions made solely from an estimate or an unconfirmed timetable.
Availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or by upstream source failures. Download links are prepared on demand and may fail if a publisher removes or changes a file. We may rate-limit automated use to protect learners’ access.
Liability
To the extent allowed by South African law, ExamFiles is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy notice explains personal-information processing. We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply.
